OPENPACK legal information
Terms of Cooperation
Rules for calculation, approval, payment, production, and acceptance of OPENPACK branded packaging.
1. Subject
OPENPACK accepts B2B requests for calculating and producing printed packaging, including T-shirt bags with a logo, printing on customer-supplied film, and other production services. Information on the website is an invitation to contact us and is not a final public price for every individual order.
2. Request and calculation
The customer provides parameters: product type, size, material, thickness, run size, number of colors, artwork or logo, desired timing, and contact details. The online calculator shows an estimated cost. The final price is confirmed by a manager after checking the parameters, artwork, material availability, plates, and production schedule.
3. Artwork and printing
The customer is responsible for the rights to logos, trademarks, images, and other materials submitted for printing. Production starts after artwork, technical parameters, and payment terms are approved. If plates, forms, or additional preparation are required, their cost and timing are agreed separately.
4. Payment
Possible payment methods include bank transfer by invoice, card transfer, or another method agreed with a manager. For B2B orders, payment details, prepayment amount, and final terms are specified in the invoice or commercial offer. The related INTELPACK project uses payment to a private entrepreneur, group 3, without VAT; current OPENPACK details are provided in the invoice.
5. Production and timing
Production timing depends on artwork complexity, run size, material, production load, plate readiness, and availability of customer-supplied raw material. Estimated timing is provided by a manager and may change if order parameters change or artwork approval is delayed.
6. Product acceptance
The customer checks quantity, packaging integrity, compliance with approved parameters, and visible defects upon receipt. Claims about quantity or external damage should preferably be recorded immediately when receiving the goods or cargo from the carrier.
7. Liability of the parties
The parties are liable according to the agreed terms and Ukrainian law. OPENPACK is not responsible for artwork errors if the artwork was provided or approved in writing by the customer, or for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, force majeure, or delayed approval by the customer.
8. Force majeure and disputes
A party is released from liability for non-performance if it results from force majeure. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, according to current Ukrainian law.
