This Policy explains how personal data of openpack.pro users is processed. By using the website, calculation forms, contact forms, or OPENPACK communication channels, the user agrees to this Policy.

OPENPACK works with B2B requests for packaging, printing, and production services. Payment and contract details are provided in the invoice or commercial offer.

2. What data we may collect

• order parameters: size, material, run size, printing, comments;
• artwork or logo files uploaded by the user for calculation;

• request history, request statuses, and orders in CRM.

• to prepare a packaging or printing cost calculation;
• to create and manage a CRM request;
• to approve artwork, invoice, production terms, and delivery;
• to contact the customer;

• to comply with Ukrainian law.
