Payment and Delivery
How finished packaging is paid for and handed over after the request, artwork, and production parameters are approved.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer. Payment by invoice after order parameters are approved.
- Card transfer. Available by agreement with a manager; details are provided after request confirmation.
- Cash payment at pickup. Available only by prior agreement.
Custom production orders may require prepayment. Its amount depends on materials, run size, plate availability, artwork preparation, and other parameters.
Delivery methods
- Nova Poshta. Delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or address according to the carrier's tariffs.
- Courier delivery in Kyiv. Availability and cost are clarified with a manager.
- Pickup. Available after agreeing the time and warehouse address in advance.

Delivery cost
Delivery cost depends on the carrier, weight, volume, number of packages, and recipient address. If delivery is included in separate order terms, this is fixed in the invoice or commercial offer.
