Wholesale Order of Bags with Logo: How to Calculate an Efficient Run

Why the unit price depends on run size, print setup, and stock planning.

A wholesale order of bags with a logo should not be calculated only by the price of one bag. Print setup, usage frequency, warehouse space, and repeat order planning all matter.

Why a small run can be inefficient

Printed runs include preparation costs: artwork, setup, and production preparation. When the run is small, these costs have a stronger effect on the unit price. Sometimes a larger run gives noticeably better economics.

Do not order more than you really need

Excess stock takes space and can become outdated if the logo, address, phone number, or promotion changes. It is better to plan stock based on real consumption for several months.

Repeat orders

If the design is stable, repeat ordering is usually easier to plan. Keep the parameters: material, size, thickness, colors, print sides, and previous artwork.

Logistics

Bags take volume. For large runs, estimate delivery, storage space, and distribution to retail points in advance.
